Ferry Street Quads

Sponsors has 28 units of long-term drug- and alcohol-free housing at the “Ferry Street Quads” for people with criminal histories. Most residents are graduates of Sponsors transitional housing, but some are referred by Parole & Probation or other community agencies. The Ferry Street Quads is affordable with units ranging from $315-$340 dollars a month.

Ferry Street Quads are located in the West University neighborhood and are conveniently located for many students. The Quads are staffed by Site Manager, Dwight Sanderson.

• Residents are required to submit to random drug and alcohol screens to insure sobriety.
• The average stay in the Quads is 12-18 months.
• Residents must be employed or have a steady source of income to move in.
