Richard Greene, Chair 

Mr. Greene is the owner of Rainbow Optics. Richard has been on the board for 11 years, currently serving his sixth 2 year term. Richard is a tiredless advocate for Sponsors, constantly speaking to his fellow business owners about the importantance of re-entry services, and their impact on the bottom line. "Regardless of what someone did or how long they served in prison, once they are released it is incumbant that the offender quickly be reintergrated into society. Stable Jobs, Housing, and Supervision are the keys to preventing someone from committing a new crime and going back to prison."

 Tom English, Vice Chair

The Reverend Deacon English has been a chaplain at the Lane County Jail for St. Mary's jail/prison ministries since 1999. He holds a Master's Degree in Corrections. Tom has served on the Oregon Criminal Justice Council, which recommends criminal justice policy to the Governor and the Legislature and to the Sentencing Guidelines Board, which oversees implementation of Oregon's felony sentencing guidelines. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Parole and Probation Association (APPA) and as a member of the APPA's National Program Committee.

 Marlene Lasher, Secretary

Ms. Lasher is a social worker and past executive director of different human service agencies.

J. Norton Cabell

 Mr. Cabell is a landlord and legislative director of the Statewide Rental Owners Association.  He is also the Chair of the Intergovernmental Housing Policy Board.

James Cervantes

Mr. Cervantes is a former client and works at the University of Oregon.

Jane DiGidio

 Ms. Digidio is an educator who recently completed a teaching assignment in United Arab Emirates.

Margaret Hallock

 Ms. Hallock is the Director of the Wayne Morris School of Law and Politics at the University of Oregon.

Ms. Prane is a licensed adult foster care provider for adult males with psychosexual developmental problems.  She is also a volunteer mediator for the restorative justice program for juvenille offenders.

Ilisa Rooke-Ley

 Ms. Rooke-Ley is a staff attorney for the Public Defender Services of Lane County.

Zoe Roman

Ms. Roman is an appraiser and Duncan and Brown.

Barbara Shields

Ms. Shields is an attorney for Umpqua Bank.

Charmaine Sperry

Ms. Sperry is graduate of Sponsors Women's program and currently is attending Lane Community College

Kieran Walsh

Mr. Walsh is a retired real estate investor and local soccer coach.

Dr. Mike Weinstein

Mr. Weinstein is the Director of Riverbend Urgent Care at Peace Health Medical Center.  He also is the former director of White Bird Medical Clinic.

Larry Wibbenmeyer

Mr. Wibbenmeyer is a retired Lane County Parole & Probation officer.
